This journey starts with breathing exercises, then layered sound waves to help you gently detach from tension and mental noise—bringing you back to your body’s natural rhythm and inviting a fresh, grounded reset. Once you lie down, the vibrations and lingering tones wrap around you like soft waves: slowing you down, releasing what you’ve been carrying, and creating a clear, calm beginning for the next version of you. No experience is needed—just arrive, get comfortable, and let the sound hold you as you return, reset, and begin again.

Please note that we have no refund for all courses and teacher trainings except any extreme condition. For all group classes, we can only accept class amendment by 8 hours before the class, otherwise, we need to charge the class fee and no refund for any circumstance. Hope you understand.
